In an interview with Benin football site BJ Foot, Benin national team coach Michel Dussuyer revealed that a player tested positive for Covid-19 and would be unavailable for the Squirrels’ Saturday AFCON qualifying matchup against Nigeria. Nigerian media is reporting that two forwards on the Squirrels side will be out due to positive tests: CR Belouizdad’s Marcellin Koukpo and Jacques Bessan of Olympique Beja.
