Following an examination, Senegal team doctor Abdourahmane Fédior cleared Mané to take part in Senegal’s quarterfinal match against Equatorial Guinea on Sunday. Mané has scored two of Senegal’s three goals in Cameroon and will be needed as the team attempts to improve their finishing edge.
