Always one who is unafraid of generating headlines, AmaZulu manager Benni McCarthy followed up the announcement of a couple of new club signings by making bold proclamations ahead of the season in South Africa’s DStv Premiership season. The former South Africa national team star striker indicated that the sky was the limit for AmaZulu after last season’s very successful campaign which saw the Durban side finish in second place and qualify for their first ever CAF Champions League participation. After Kaizer Chiefs represented South Africa in the CAFCL final recently before losing to Al Ahly, McCarthy stated his AmaZulu team can go one further and win the title.
