Gor Mahia maintained a bit of suspense for their support on Monday by going down early on the road against Bidco United but rallied to deliver a 3-1 victory and move up to seventh place in the FKF Premier League standings. Bidco’s Peter Nzuki headed in an 11th minute corner kick to put the hosts up and concerns started to mount that K’Ogalo might be heading towards a third straight league defeat. However, Clifton Miheso delivered a sublime free-kick in the 36th minute to provide a moment of class for the favorites and even the proceedings going into halftime.
Recent Brazilian acquisition Wilson Silva’s header just crept over the line in the 59th minute to put the visitors up with his second league goal since joining. Kenneth Muguna then met a well-crafted cross to put the match away in the 83rd minute and the three points were secure for Gor.
