The draw for the preliminary rounds of the 2023-24 CAF Champions League and the 2023-24 CAF Confederation Cup took place on Tuesday with two rounds for each competition to determine the participants in the group stages of both competitions. Unlike in recent past editions, there will be no third playoff round in the Confederation Cup.
