A full slate of matches from Gambia’s GFA League took place over the past weekend stretching into Monday with Brikama United gaining the most. Brikama maintained their second place position and four-point lead over nearest competition Gambia Armed Forces and Elite United, but still remain seven points behind leaders Fortune FC despite the top team’s draw. Fortune drew against powerhouse Real Banjul 1-1, conceding only their third goal of the season through 17 matches.
