Goals and assists from African players abroad: March 10-12

This week’s compilation of goals and assists from African players is super sized this week with major leagues in Europe, the United States and the Middle East all in action over the weekend and past week. Sadio Mané was in Bayern Munich’s starting eleven for the first time since coming back from his leg injury and marked the occasion by providing an amazing bicycle kick assist in a 5-3 victory over Augsburg. Angolan striker M’Bala Nzola made a massive difference as well for Serie A club Spezia with an assist and then the winning goal from a penalty kick as he continues to play an essential role in the club’s efforts to avoid relegation.
