For this week’s compilation of goals and assists from African players in the top three divisions of soccer in the United States we focus on the contributions of Prince Saydee and Prosper Kasim whose teams battled in an entertaining duel from the second tier USL Championship. Former Liberia national team player Saydee did his part by assisting both goals for Hartford Athletic to give the visitors a 2-1 lead at Birmingham Legion but Ghanaian forward Kasim and his Legion teammates fought back for a 3-2 victory courtesy of Kasim’s two assists.
