Danny Jordaan, a power player in South African football, is under the microscope of the country’s Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation which is popularly known as the Hawks. The police group responsible for tackling corruption and organized crime in South Africa did not name anybody specific that was the subject of their investigations, but suspended South Africa Football Association (SAFA) national committee member Malesela “Willie” Mooka reported Jordaan to the Hawks due to Jordaan’s targeting Mooka after Jordaan was reported for a case of theft by Mooka.
