Mathare United chairman Bob Munro calls out Kenyan Premier League management for lack of financial support

With the ongoing government investigation into mismanagement of funds at the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) leading to a caretaker committee running Kenyan football, FKF Premier League side Mathare United are among the clubs struggling to make ends meet financially among the difficulties hampering the country’s football. Mathare founder and chairman Bob Munro revealed that the leadership issues are directly impacting clubs like his own and that the small amount of money dispersed by the FKF is doing little to alleviate the costs.
