Namibian striker Peter Shalulile completed his fantastic season for Mamelodi Sundowns with a DStv Premiership title, 22 goals in all competitions and now a couple of South African football’s highest individual awards. The 16 coaches of DStv Premiership clubs voted for Shalulile to receive the Player of the Season and a poll of the league’s footballers agreed, leading to the talisman receiving the Players’ Player of the Season as well.
