Ghana defender Alexander Djiku has reacted to Ghana’s performance against Madagascar in the game day six of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers on Monday, March 24.

Despite the momentum, Djiku isn’t letting complacency creep in he’s calling on his teammates to keep the pedal down and stay locked in on their qualification dream.

The two victories come in to placate the disappointment from Ghana’s failure to qualify for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco – a first absence from the continental football showpiece in over two decades.
