Al Masry assistant coach: Facing Enyimba is of great importance

Al Masry assistant coach Mohamed Abd AlKareem and midfielder Hassan Ali spoke about the importance of their CAF Confederation Cup Group B match against Enyimba.


Al Masry SC will face Nigerian side Enyimba in an away clash on Sunday at 4 PM GMT in the fifth round of the CAF Confederation Cup group stage. The first leg, held in Egypt, ended with a 2-0 victory for Al Masry.


Assistant coach Mohamed Abd AlKareem spoke about the importance of the match during the pre-game press conference:


"Tomorrow’s match against Enyimba is of the highest importance. We aim to secure a positive result that will aid us in qualifying for the quarter-finals. Qualification will only be decided in the final round of the group stage. The players are fully focused on tomorrow’s game."


Meanwhile, Al Masry player Hassan Ali also spoke during the press conference:


"Our goal is to achieve victory in tomorrow’s match. The players fully understand the importance of this game and its vital role in securing qualification to the quarter-finals. Our ambitions are high and we are determined to bring joy to Al Masry’s incredible fans."
