Head coach of Asante Kotoko, Prosper Narteh Ogum has been speaking ahead of their week 23 Ghana Premier League game at home to Legon Cities.

The Porcupine Warriors last game ended in a painful 1-0 loss to Nsoatreman FC - an encounter that led to the stabbing to death of staunch supporter, Yaw Frimpong.

The record Ghana Premier League holders have since not been in competitive action but will return to the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday against the Royals. Speaking in a pre-match press conference, Ogum looks into the game against a side that beat them in the first half of the season.

“We are going into the game with a very confident and determined approach because they were the very first team that defeated us in the first round, and after that, we lost three more games.

“Tactically, we have done a lot to make sure that on Sunday, we play strongly and very aggressively to make sure we get the three points. “Physically, we are in good shape and tactically, we are in good shape, so we are ready,” coach Ogum told Kotoko TV on YouTube.

The game is set for 15:00GMT on Sunday, March 9, at the Baba Yara Stadium.
