CAFCC: Zamalek striker- We are playing to win Enyimba game

Zamalek striker Saifeddine Jaziri emphasized the significance of the upcoming match against Nigerian side Enyimba in the CAF Confederation Cup.


Zamalek will host Enyimba at 4:00 PM GMT on Sunday at Cairo International Stadium in the sixth round of the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup. The White Castle have already secured top spot in Group D while Enyimba will need a victory and a defeat or draw for Al Masry against Black Bulls to qualify for the quarterfinals.


Speaking at the press conference, Jaziri stated: "We are not approaching the game as if it is a formality; we are playing to win. We know Enyimba is a strong competitor."


The striker continued: "Zamalek aims to secure victory, especially since the match will be held at our home ground and in front of our fans. We play for a big club and focus on every match to achieve our goal and win."


He concluded: "Zamalek is ready to face any team in the next round. Personally, I hope to face the strongest team in the tournament. We are ready for any opponent."


Group D standings in CAF Confederation Cup:


1. Zamalek - 11 points.


2. Al Masry - 6 points.


3. Enyimba - 5 points.


4. Black Bulls - 4 points.
