Mamelodi Sundowns defender Divine Lunga says the South African giants know what it would take to sail past Al Ahly in Friday’s CAF Champions League semifinal, second leg match.

The left-back told Sundowns media that the CAF Champions League holders are difficult to play against, especially at home.

"It is not going to be an easy game, just like it was not easy in Pretoria,” he said.

The Zimbabwean international then explained what the Betway Premiership side will do to overcome the defending champions.

“We are going to bring our A-game so that we can win. Al Ahly play a physical game, so we have to be strong if we want to win the game," Lunga added.

The two giants of African football drew 0-0 in the CAF Champions League semifinal first leg played in South Africa on April 19. Miguel Cardoso’s side is gunning for the continental league title it last won in 2016 when Pitso Mosimane was in charge.

Sundowns booted out Espérance Sportive de Tunis from the quarterfinal via 1-0 aggregate score to book a semifinal place.
