FKF Premier League: Kenya Police raid Nairobi City Stars for midfielder Bajaber

Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League side Kenya Police FC have confirmed the signing of Harambee Stars attacking midfielder Mohammed Bajaber from Nairobi City Stars.


In a statement obtained by Pan-Africa Football, the law enforcers confirmed: “Mohammed Bajaber, an attacking midfielder from Nairobi City Stars, has taken oath of office and he is ready to commence with his duties this coming weekend.”


Bajaber arrives at a Police side, who are currently sitting joint top with Tusker FC in the 18-team Premier League table. Police have so far played 20 matches and accumulated 38 points from 10 wins, eight draws and two defeats.


The Brewers are second with 38 points garnered from 11 wins, five draws and four defeats.

Police are chasing for their first-ever league title and will next face Bidco United at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos on Saturday.


Before settling for Police, Bajaber was a transfer target for record league champions Gor Mahia and Coastal-based outfit Bandari FC.
