Kenya Police FC will be keen to make it five wins out five when they take on FC Talanta in an FKF Premier League fixture at Machakos Stadium on Wednesday.

Under new coach Etienne Ndayiragije, the law enforcers have enjoyed a run of four straight matches without defeat. They started the run with a 3-1 win against Nairobi City Stars, edged out Mara Sugar 1-0, fried Bidco United 3-0 before gunning down champions Gor Mahia 1-0.

Ahead of their fixture against Talanta coach Ndayiragije is confident of getting another win. “We are focusing and taking it a game at a time, we have managed to win four on the bounce and now we want to do it against Talanta,” Ndayiragije told Pan-Africa Football.

“We want to keep the run going and see where we will be at the end of the first leg, it has not been easy coming and finding the team struggling, I promised to help them win matches and that is what we are trying to do.”

In another fixture, Gor Mahia will be keen to bounce back to winning ways when they host Ulinzi Stars. Last season. Gor Mahia won the first meeting 1-0 before the two sides battled to a 0-0 draw in the second meeting.

In the last six league matches, Ulinzi Stars are yet to beat Gor Mahia. K’Ogalo have managed three wins with the other three matches ending in draws. The previous season saw the first leg end 1-1 before Gor Mahia won the return fixture 2-0.
