In an official statement seen by Pan-Africa Football, the Brewers announced: “Tusker would like to announce that midfielder Joseph Mwangi has left the club, after a mutual agreement between the two parties.”

“Mwangi, who joined Tusker from Nzoia Sugar at the start of the 2023/24 season, has been an important part of the team, contributing greatly both on and off the pitch during his time with us.

“We would like to thank Joseph for his hard work, dedication, and commitment to Tusker. His contributions have been invaluable, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”

On his departure, Mwangi thanked the Brewers by saying: “I want to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to Tusker, the coaches, my teammates, and the fans for their incredible support throughout my time at the club. It has been an amazing journey, and I’ve learned and grown so much.

“I’ll always cherish the memories and friendships I’ve made here. Thank you for the chance to represent this great club, and I wish the club continued success in the future.”
