Tusker FC youngster Teddy Dok had admitted he is eagerly awaiting the opportunity to play for the Brewers in the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League.

The 20-year-old midfielder, who earned promotion from the Youth Team, believes his time will soon arrive. “I’m patiently waiting for my opportunity,” Dok said as quoted by the club’s official website. “I know it will come, and I’ve been working hard to be ready. My focus is on staying in the best shape while I wait for that moment.”

On transiting from the Youth team to the senior team, Dok said: “I was already familiar with the environment because we interacted with senior players even when I was with the Youth Team. The adaptation wasn’t that difficult, though it was challenging at the start. But now, I feel like I’m on a different level,” he said.

“I always knew that one day I would play for the senior team. Even when I was in the Youth Team, I believed in myself and worked hard for that goal. What surprised me was how quickly the promotion came. I didn’t expect it so soon, but I’m very grateful for the opportunity.”
