Head coach of Hearts of Oak Aboubakar Ouattara has admitted that all games in the Premier League are a big challenge for the club.
The record FA Cup holders squeezed all three points from strugglers, Legon Cities last Friday at the Legon Sports Stadium in week 16 of the 2024/25 season.
A well taken strike by youngster, Ramzy Yusif late in the game, ensured the Phobians claim a sixth win in their last eight games.
Ouattara said: “We are playing, many people are saying that we have the weakest team in the league but we are playing. “I don’t know which position we are occupying now but every match is a challenge for Hearts of Oak because now we need to grind the points to avoid what happened last season.
“This year we are trying to make the effort to not see what happened last season.”
The 2000 CAF Champions League winners are now in 5th on the league table with 28 points, same as rivals, Asante Kotoko after 16 league games.
