Zambia international Kings Kangwa came off the bench to score as Hapoel Be'er Sheva hammered Hapoel Hadera F.C. 6-0 in the round of 16 of the Israel State Cup at the Turner Stadium on Wednesday.

Amir Ganar opened the floodgate of goals for the home team in the eighth minute before Helder Lopez converted from the penalty spot to make it 2-0 in the 27th minute.

Dan Biton then grabbed the third in the 44th minute to help Hapoel Be'er Sheva go into the half-time break with a 3-0 cushion. Kangwa was then introduced in the 47th minute and it took him only seven minutes to inscribe his name in the scorers’ board.

The Chipolopolo midfielder stepped up to take a direct free-kick from 20 yards in the 54th minute. Kangwa stunned the opposition goalkeeper by effortlessly dinking the ball over the wall into the left bottom corner.

Yoni Stoyanov then scored the fifth in the 77th minute, before Biton rounded off the huge win with a beautifully taken effort, his second of the game, in the 85th minute.

Kangwa is having a great season in Isreal and in the league, he has so far scored seven goals from 17 matches and provided five assists. The 25-year-old has now scored six goals in his last eight matches across all competitions.

He will hope to continue with the scoring form when his side travel to face Hapoel Jerusalem F.C. in a league fixture at Teddy Stadium on Sunday.
