Lesotho’s Likuena have been boosted by the return of experienced midfielder Ts'epo Toloane and Moteloa Khemisi ahead of Saturday’s African Nations Championship (CHAN) encounter against Angola’s Palancas Negras.

Lesotho Football Association spokesperson Mikia Ntanda confirmed to Pan-Africa Football the return of Toloane who missed the first leg match due to suspension. On the other hand, Khemisi has returned after sustaining an ankle sprain injury which ruled him out of the first leg which Lesotho lost 2-0 in South Africa.

Meanwhile, the Leslie Notsi coached side is sweating on the fitness of midfield maestro Lehlohonolo Fothoane after he missed the first leg match due to injury. Lesotho’s delegation has since arrived in Luanda for the second round, second leg encounter.

Likuena must dig deep to overcome a 2-0 defeat from the first leg match.

Since departing Durban on Sunday, Likuena have been hard at work in Johannesburg and left for Angola on Christmas Day.
