Nottingham Forest target Assane Diao signing

Senegalese right winger Assane Diao was one of Como's star signings in the winter of 2025 after a successful stint at Real Betis (Spain), and is now reportedly in the sights of Nottingham Forest (England).

Diao is reportedly a prime target for Nottingham Forest to bolster the English club's squad for their upcoming Champions League campaign next season. Nottingham Forest officials are reportedly willing to make a €40 million offer for the 19-year-old. This offer comes just after his €12 million move to Como last January, marking the Italian club's most expensive transfer at the time.

Since arriving in Italy's Serie A, Diao has made significant progress in his promising career, establishing himself at Como with six goals and one assist in 14 games, helping the club to avoid a relegation battle in their return to the top flight under coach Cesc Fàbregas.
