Harambee Starlets head coach Beldine Odemba has named her travelling squad for the upcoming FIFA international break.
The Starlets will face Morocco’s national team in two friendly matches.
The squad features a blend of experienced players and emerging talents. Notably, Junior Starlets captain Elizabeth Ochaka and Christine Adhiambo have earned their first senior call-ups. Both impressed during the FIFA Women’s U17 World Cup and are set to strengthen the team’s defensive options.
Additionally, young goal keeper Christine Adhiambo transitions from U20 team. Trinity Starlets’ Jackline Chesang’ and Diana Cherono from Vihiga Queens also make their senior team debuts, rewarded for their outstanding form in the ongoing 2024/25 FKF Women’s Premier League season.
The first match is scheduled for Friday, November 29, 2024, with kickoff at 8:00 PM EAT, while the second match will take place on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 1:45 PM EAT. The team is set to travel to Morocco on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, ready to build on their recent progress and showcase their potential on the international stage.
