
Liverpool's Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, Brighton's Gambian winger Yankuba Minteh and also Everton and Guinea-Bissau forward Beto are among the six nominees for the PFA Premier League Player of the Month award for February.
Salah’s excellent month
Salah continued to deliver outstanding performances in February. The Egyptian forward scored six goals and provided four assists in six matches for Liverpool in the Premier League.
Beto’s prolific performances
Guinea-Bissau and Everton forward Beto had a prolific month, scoring five goals in five matches after only scoring one goal in Premier League action before February. Everton went unbeaten in league play in February thanks largely to the efforts of the imposing striker.
Minteh’s contribution
Gambian winger Yankuba Minteh featured in four Premier League matches for Brighton & Hove Albion in February, scoring two goals and registering one assist.

Jean-Philippe Mateta (Forward, Crystal Palace) – Played four matches, scored four goals, and provided one assist.
Djed Spence (Full-back, Tottenham Hotspur) – Played four matches, scored one goal.
Matheus Cunha (Forward, Wolverhampton Wanderers) – Played four matches, scored three goals.
Premier League standings
Liverpool currently lead the Premier League table with 67 points, holding a 13-point lead over second-placed Arsenal, who have a game in hand.
Brighton sit eighth in the standings with 43 points, just four points behind fourth-placed Manchester City, who occupy the final UEFA Champions League qualification spot. They also trail third-placed Nottingham Forest by five points.
Everton are currently 16th in the Premier League table with 32 points.
