The Tunisia Football Federation (FTF) took the decision to dissolve the management of the Tunisia League (LNFP). FTF is now under new leadership after going through a normalization committee, recently finishing their presidential election with Moez Nasri ascending to the presidency.
LNFP was under a provisional office for the past few months, chaired by Mohamed Atallah. The decision to dissolve the office is not a surprise but it is not yet known as to why FTF decided to take the action.
Abdelrazak Hachaichi is appointed as head of LNFP to oversee the day-to-day activities. LNFP was created in 1994 with the nation's Ligue 1, Ligue 2, Tunisian Cup, Tunisian Super Cup and Tunisian League Cup competitions under its supervision.
