African trio, Ibrahim Olawoyin, Ali Sowe and Rachid Ghezzal combined forces as Çaykur Rizespor squeezed a 3-2 home victory over Adana Demirspor in the Turkish Super Ligue on Sunday.

Nigeria midfielder, Ibrahim Olawoyin scored a sublime opener after being set up from a quick wing play on the 30th minute. He wove his way past an array of Adana Demirspor players before blasting it past the opposing goalkeeper.

The 27-year-old’s power strike separated the two sides moving into the first half break. Rizespor remained the better side with great possession and it was the first goal scorer, Ibrahim Olawoyin who set up Gambia international, Ali Sowe for the second goal on the 47th minutes.

The visitors however pulled a goal back through the boots of Turkish star, Bünyamin Balat on the 52nd minute before Algeria veteran international, Rachid Ghezzal made it 3-1 on the 69th minute from the penalty spot.

Adana Demirspor left it late to score their second goal from Angola international, Antonio Muanza on the 83rd minute but that was little too late to rescue any point for Adana Demirspor after full time.
