Nigeria national team superstar Victor Osimhen made it five matches in a row with a goal contribution for Turkish giants Galatasaray in Tuesday's 3-3 draw with Dynamo Kiev in the UEFA Europa League.

It looked like the current Turkish Super Lig leaders would stroll to a routine victory in Istanbul after Davinson Sanchez and Abdulkerim Bardakci scored for the hosts in the opening 21 minutes. After Vladyslav Vanat pulled one back just before halftime for the Ukrainian visitors, Osimhen struck from the penalty spot in the 53rd minute to restore Galatasaray's two-goal advantage.

However the hosts would collapse with two goals from former West Ham forward Andriy Yarmolenko completing an impressive comeback for Dynamo to collect their first Europa League point in seven matches. For Osimhen it was his 15th goal in 19 matches since joining Galatasaray on loan from Italian club Napoli. He now has 5 goals and an assist in his last five matches across all competitions.

The result could have consequences for Galatasaray who currently sit in 5th place on the Europa League table. A top-8 finish would give them a bye through to the Round of 16 but only two points separate them from falling into the group of teams ranked 9th through 24th who will participate in the Round of 32. Galatasaray finish up the group stage at Dutch titans Ajax on January 30.
