Ramadan Sobhi’s late strike kept Pyramids FC at the top of the Egyptian Premier League following a 1-0 victory over National Bank of Egypt on Thursday. The forward combined with fellow Egypt national team player Abdallah El Said before stepping in to finish past NBE goalkeeper Mahmoud El Zonfoly with a low left-footed shot in the 81st minute. Pyramids have played one more match than second-placed Al Ahly but maintain their pace to move back ahead by a point for top spot.
