After clinching their spot as Kenya’s team to represent the country in the upcoming 2021-22 edition of the CAF Champions League, Tusker FC went on to clinch the FKF Premier League title with Sunday’s 2-1 victory over Bidco United. The Brewers ended the season with a four-match unbeaten run as second placed Kenya Commercial Bank slipped up during the season’s final stretch, giving Tusker their 12th league title and first since the 2016 season. A penalty kick from Rodgers Aloro followed by a goal from young star Henry Meja was enough to seal the home victory on Sunday.
