Big news coming out of Ivory Coast with the release of national team manager Patrice Beaumelle’s roster as Manchester United starlet Amad Diallo has been named in the player list for Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches against Niger and Ethiopia. The 18-year-old forward has been earning all the hype since debuting for Serie A side Atalanta last year and then sealing a big money move to the world renowned club. Diallo’s selection overshadows a collection of players that looks very talented on paper. Lurking in the background of course is the issue of if these players from European-based teams, particularly in the UK and France, will be allowed to travel.
