MC Alger only need one point from their final two games to qualify for the quarter-finals but face a difficult challenge on Saturday against Zamalek. The visiting Egyptian side need a win and will be doing all they can to earn three points on the road, as they are six points behind MCA for second place in Group D. If MCA can get a draw or victory on Saturday they will join Tunisia’s Espérance in advancing from the group.
