Queiroz declines to comment on exclusion of players from Egypt squad

Egypt manager Carlos Queiroz generated quite a bit of controversy by leaving out Al Ahly stars and national team regulars Mohamed Magdy Afsha and Mohamed Sherif ahead of FIFA World Cup qualifying matches against Libya, and the Portuguese tactician is taking no steps to clear anything up. Queiroz only responded that he talks about the team as a whole after receiving questions about the issue and it appears no further explanation will be given, with the former Iran manager stating that the team was fortunate to have so many options in many departments.
