Eguavoen to stick with Rohr’s team for Cameroon 2022 AFCON

After making a coaching change with little time remaining before the Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Cameroon, Nigeria will keep the core of the squad that got them there according to interim manager Augustine Eguavoen. Eguavoen revealed that before he took over for former manager Gernot Rohr, a provisional list of players had already been submitted to CAF, limiting the new coach from making any major changes to the squad.
