Onuachu and Etebo ruled out following Nigeria AFCON roster announcement

Several prominent names will not be representing Nigeria at the Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon due to injury or last minute exclusions by interim manager Augustine Eguavoen following the announcement of a 28-player squad. Leading scorer in Europe, Paul Onuachu of Belgian club Genk, is out due to injury and Watford FC midfielder Peter Etebo will stay in England to continue rehabilitation from an injury.
