After brothers Lys and Alfred, Maurice Gomis to taste TotalEnergies AFCON

Born into a family of goalkeepers in Ziguinchor, Senegal, Maurice Gomis followed his older brothers into a professional football career and will now join Lys and Alfred in representing an African national team, but the team is not Senegal. Also eligible for bordering country Guinea-Bissau, 24-year-old Maurice has been called into the Djurtus’ squad for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.
