Final round matchups drawn in FIFA World Cup qualifying

CAF conducted its draw for the final round of the African section of 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying, and there are plenty of mouth-watering matchups to keep an eye on. West African powers Nigeria and Ghana will face off for a spot in Qatar and 2021 Africa Cup of Nations hosts Cameroon will duel against 2019 AFCON winners Algeria.
