Afcon 2021: Sadio Mane happy to change playing style to help Senegal

Normally used as purely an attacking player with little defensive commitments at club Liverpool, Senegal forward Sadio Mané plays much more of a comprehensive role with the Teranga Lions and was all over the pitch during Senegal’s 2021 AFCON quarterfinal victory over Equatorial Guinea on Sunday. Mané stated that he will do whatever it takes to make sure he can lead his nation to victory and if that involves putting in more defensive work, than he is willing to make the sacrifice.
