JS Kabylie moved back into the top-3 of Algeria’s top division following a 3-1 road victory over bottom half side HB Chelghoum Laïd on Wednesday. Dadi Mouaki’s clinical finish for his 6th goal of the season in the 36th minute gave JSK the lead before a penalty kick for the hosts equalized just before halftime.
JSK’s quality shined through after the intermission with Rida Bensayah providing a finish inside the penalty area in the 64th minute to put the visitors back in the lead. Following a late red card for Chelghoum, Massinissa Nezla was on hand to finish off three points for JSK after the Chelghoum defense failed to deal with a cross, leaving Nezla wide open to blast home with the goal at his mercy.
Kabylie are nine points back of Ligue 1 Professionnelle leaders CR Belouizdad and even on points with second placed JS Saoura, having played one game more than both teams. A report is below from DZ Foot with video of the goals from the match further down.
