Guinea-Bissau midfielder Semedo transfers to Saudi club Al-Tai

The African contingent at Saudi Professional League club Al-Tai FC added another member this week following the transfer of Guinea-Bissau national team midfielder Alfa Semedo from Portuguese Primeira Liga club Vitória de Guimarães. The 24-year-old joins on a two-year contract and was brought to Al-Tai by the club’s new manager Pepa, who was hired in July and previously managed Semedo at Vitória.
