Eight consecutive losses to wrap up the Italian Serie A season resulted in Parma finishing in last place and being relegated to Serie B, and Ivorian veteran star forward Gervinho appears to be on the move once the season concludes. Staying in top division European football, the 33-year-old will be moving to Trabzonspor of the Turkish Süper Lig according to club president Ahmet Agaoglu. Gervinho has had an impressive spell with Parma, experiencing a career renaissance while scoring 23 goals in 87 Serie A matches.
