Zamalek’s target Malango joins UAE side Al-Sharjah for three years

An outstanding season in Moroccan football and in Raja Casablanca’s CAF Confederation Cup title winning run meant it was only a matter of time before Congolese striker Ben Malango moved on to a higher level and pay grade, and now it has been confirmed that Malango will be moving to the Middle East for his next stop. Long rumored to be moving to Egyptian football with Zamalek, instead Malango will apparently go to the United Arab Emirates and join Al-Sharjah, who have agreed to a three year deal with the 28-year-old for a $3.3 million fee. Malango scored 39 goals in 91 appearances during his time with Raja.
