18-year-old starlet Pape Matar Sarr is the latest Senegalese prospect who has top level clubs looking to secure a move for the youngster, and it appears that interest stretches up to the English Premier League. ESPN reports that Sarr looks likely to head to Tottenham Hotspur for a fee that may rise to €15 million, beating out Manchester City for Sarr’s signature. Sarr recently made his debut for Senegal’s senior national team and scored four goals for FC Metz last season in 25 appearances after joining from Senegalese academy Génération Foot.
