Plymouth Argyle defender Brendan Galloway has committed his international future to the Zimbabwe national team with his call up confirmed ahead of the Warriors’ FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign matches against South Africa and Ethiopia. Born in the Zimbabwean capital of Harare, Galloway moved to England at the age of six and spent time representing English youth national teams. Capable of playing left back or in the center of defense, Galloway initially rejected a call up from Zimbabwe in 2016 before making the decision to represent the country of his birth.
