SRC laud ‘unlucky’ Warriors

Zimbabwe were eliminated from contention for the knockout stages of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations after only two games, but the Warriors went out with a bang by defeating Guinea 2-1 in their final Group B match. The country’s Sports and Recreation Commission (SRC) praised the team for their performance in Cameroon, mentioning that the team was unlucky to not get a point in their opening match against Senegal.
