Morocco’s Atlas Lions will be favored in their two-legged 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying playoff tie against DR Congo with their announced squad including Paris Saint-Germain defender Achraf Hakimi as well as Sevilla FC attackers Youssef En-Nesyri and Munir El Haddadi. Also included among manager Vahid Halilhodžić’s list is FC Barcelona starlet Abde Ezzalzouli, who may make his senior national team debut after rejecting the call for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.
