Plenty of topics were discussed on Wednesday when a combined FIFA and CAF delegation including presidents Patrice Motsepe and Gianni Infantino met with African football legend and current president of Liberia, George Weah. The group that included numerous officials from the local government and Liberia Football Association (LFA) toured playing facilities and examined the construction site for the future LFA headquarters. Following their attending of a women’s football match, Motsepe and Infantino wrapped up the visit by presenting Weah with a certificate that named him as the first ambassador for the newly created Pan-African Inter-School Football Championship.
