For the second time this season, Nigeria national team winger Moses Simon captured the Player of the Month award for club side FC Nantes as he continues his excellent season for club and country. The 26-year-old has improved on his impressive first two seasons with the Ligue 1 club, scoring six goals with eight assists as Nantes sit in ninth place on the league table.
Simon captures the award for April after winning it earlier in the season when he won top honors at the club in September. Winning nearly sixty percent of the vote, the Nigerian won out over Quentin Merlin, who won the award for February and March.
